It took a moth from the time I contacted the body shop until my car was ready. It took 2 weeks for Bradshaw to obtain the grill and headlight i needed. My car went in the shop on week 3. A week for the until my car was ready. It took 2 weeks for Bradshaw to obtain the grill and headlight i needed. My car went in the shop on week 3. A week for the repair, went to pick up and waited for an hour and a half while it was in “QC”... was asked to pay my deductible before even seeing my car. When I told them I wanted to inspect my car first, I found the hood was no where near being straight. It was too late for them to fix it at this point, so they kept it over the weekend. Went back Monday, inspected and the headlight seal was sticking up past the hood and the right front bezel was misaligned. They had to order another headlight... FINALLY at the end of week 4 my car was fixed. I was not happy about the entire ordeal and the lack of communication. I had to call for updates including to find out that the car was done. End the end, everything was fixed properly and Ryan was polite and apologetic. More
