He has a way of explaining technical things in an understandable manner and is pleasant to deal with. The service is always performed in a timely manner and when needed, the dealership provides me with shuttle service to where I need to be and picks me up later. No complaints at all with these folks. More

He really cares about his customers. He is very through with the details of getting the work done right. He goes over everything with you that is to be done and has been done. He wants to make sure that you are happy and pleased, when you leave the shop. He also called me and kept me informed about the progress of the work that was done to correct the oil leak. More
