On Saturday, my daughter took my vehicle in for routine maintenance. When she brought my paperwork home, I noticed there were several items that were checked off as needing immediate attention (power steer maintenance. This was never discussed with her or brought to her attention. Additionally, I asked for a quote to have a headlight replaced and they were unable to determine which type of headlight would be needed. Since I purchased my vehicle from Bradshaw, one would assume this would be documented. I have left two messages and been waiting three days to get a call back regarding these items. When I try to reach the service manager, his voicemail is full. This isn’t the type of service I’d expect when I’ve been a loyal customer. If they can’t improve their customer service, I’m taking my business elsewhere. More
