Very pleasant visit for service. When I arrived I was immediately greeted by my service writer, Zachary Moran. I was there for an oil change in my entire vehicle was given the once o When I arrived I was immediately greeted by my service writer, Zachary Moran. I was there for an oil change in my entire vehicle was given the once over. I was then informed of what services Cadillac recommended and what services I may need at that point. I appreciated all that information. Wow I had coffee and a donut in the waiting area my car was serviced and was back to me before I could even eat a second donut. I asked when car would be ready and they stated Monday. I explained to Howard Bush that we have only one car and would need transportation because i would be working Saturday and Sunday. Howard stated he would see if the repair could made and have the car ready to day. He called me back and said car will be ready and the shuttle would pick me up. a simplified oil change My visit on February 22 was unplanned. I had not made an appointment but with my busy schedule that is a hard thing to do. I drove in and was greeted by Zac Moran and Jim Picket, It was all good from there. As I said I was looking for basic maintenance but was shown it was time for the 30,000 mile service and it had been noted on the last visit when I came this time it would be time for both my Air filter and cabin filter to be replaced as well. Zac was quick to find my needs and with the time I had available get the car serviced the way it needed to be. There was a pleasant, well appointed waiting area and in about an hour I was done and on my way. Thank you Zac and Bradshaw for taking good care of me More
Bradshaw automotive group is a top notch dealer. I drive out of my way to come here for my vehicle services. Everyone is so friendly and helpful when I arrive. They offer fresh doughnuts and coffee while I out of my way to come here for my vehicle services. Everyone is so friendly and helpful when I arrive. They offer fresh doughnuts and coffee while I wait. As well as provide news papers to read and television to watch. Service hours are 8:00am-6:00pm Monday through Friday. And even have Saturday hours. Which makes it more convenient for me and my schedule. Always a pleasure to come here. More
