I know this sounds crazy but I almost look forward to my Bradshaw Service and Sales visits. I would not even consider going to another dealership either for a service or sales visit even though it's a 30-40 Bradshaw Service and Sales visits. The team had may car for a week with ac concerns. I provided them with the information about the problem. The response I got bake for what the problem was crazy and also insulted my intelligence. First one was because the car is in auto stop this why the ac is not working correctly, but I don't drive my car I auto stop. The service manager Ken told me that because my car is black it cant be cooled. Then he went on to tell me when a car first starts up it does not cool that well. I have own a car with a AC before. To top it all off when I began to state the facts about what I was being told was crazy he began to say don't put me on trial don't put me on trial . I was just stating the facts and leaving the emotions out of the situation, but he began to take it personal trying to over talk me and I was polite to listen to him when he spoke without any interruption. Ken did not give the same respect. Did he make the statement don't put me on trial because I'm black makes me wonder. Yes they even gave me a flat tire but didn't tell me until they wanted me to pick up my car. I will be using you dealership any more from day moving forward. More

I was told that my bumper needed to be removed to replace front headlights bulbs and would be $180.00 to $300.00. I was supposed to bring the car back to be serviced because I was told it would take several front headlights bulbs and would be $180.00 to $300.00. I was supposed to bring the car back to be serviced because I was told it would take several hours. My husband replaced the headlights bulbs in about 25 minutes and only cost $17.00 for the light bulbs. I was also told that several other things needed to be done that didn’t. More
