The administrative folks are friendly and efficient though the paperwork is (as has become typical in most service environments) too long, and drafted under the mistaken belief it will mitigate your dealerships responsibility to your customer in a grey area or two. Your administrative staff seem to understand this. They present the docs, and apparently do not expect any customer to read them. No sooner than they slide them the customer's way, the customer is asked to sign here and initial there. I understand that this process; either when done on the front end or back end is unlikely to offer Bradshaw the protection they are hoping for, but it's a dance we both go through - words and music by several over priced attorneys. I had a great pain free visit with collision. However, your service department was not the case. I had to have some warranty work done and instead of paying my $100 deductible they wanted to nickel and di your service department was not the case.
