It all begins before the service actually. I had been notified of some recalls with one of our newer trucks that was under warranty. So that’s when I reached out to Bradshaw Chevrolet where I talked to a actual person, Tim McGuire, who was very informative, knowledgeable, and courteous. He scheduled a service time that best suited our business. Then on my appointment date My service advisor Howard Bush was very kind, courteous, and proactive in keeping me up to date with the service and turnaround of our vehicle. Now I know this service was not a major ordeal, but I do know that if anyone is willing to take the time and pay attention to the little things such as recalls, answering the phone, being kind, and calling to give updates without me having to call first...... This was my first time at a general motors dealership for service and I was impressed by the way I was treated along with the speed of service. Every dealership I have ever had a vehicle serviced at with an service and I was impressed by the way I was treated along with the speed of service.
