Had a bad battery and brought the car in a little more than an hour before closing. Eastman Howard work it in without an appointment and I was able to have it fixed before closing time. I always get great service when I come into the dealership. They had ordered a part for my car, called me when it came in and set me up an appointment to put it on. My visit was very good. I am very unhappy about having to replace the transmission on a 2016 Suburban with 92,000 miles! This is my 7th Suburban going back to 1987, I will look at Ford and maybe move to a pi replace the transmission on a 2016 Suburban with 92,000 miles! This is my 7th Suburban going back to 1987, I will look at Ford and maybe move to a pickup truck. My daughter also has a 2016 Suburban also had to replace hers transmission T 80,000. Shame on GM!
