Bradshaw as a dealership is fine. My issue is with Buick (GM). Service required for an electronic sensor - Service rep said they already had a notice and replaced at "no-cost". The vehicle was in about 60 (GM). Service required for an electronic sensor - Service rep said they already had a notice and replaced at "no-cost". Have been dealing with Bradshaw sales and service for over 30 years and normally am pleased with both. Have bought 5 new vehicles and used Bradshaw service exclusively. This last trip to the service depa over 30 years and normally am pleased with both. Have bought 5 new vehicles and used Bradshaw service exclusively. This last trip to the service department resulted in me paying $99 for a technician to put a loose spark plug wire back on a coil. This should have been obvious to a trained technician and should have been done at no charge for a loyal customer. Not happy ! More
