Mr. Fred Anderson, I have contacted 3 of the nearest competitors You are not competitively priced. There is 1 dealership near you that was $300 for a diagnostic check. Everyone else is quiet a bit cheaper. I have contacted General motors, it appears there is a service bulletin for the issue i had. I typically dont feel violated when i visit a GM garage, you are 1 of the exceptions. My regular GM garage believes i was over charged. Hopefully it is resolved and i get treated fairly. Trying to figure it out.

I know we have spoken several times about this, and unfortunately we are going to have to agree to disagree on some of what you are saying above. Our goal is five star service with every customer and we tried to provide that. I am sorry we could not meet your needs on the truck or the repairs in the time you would like, but I hope you and your extended warranty company can find another place to get the truck performing as it should.
