The recent service I had done was efficient and pleasant. However last week I called because my car had difficulty turning over. I had my 2020 Equinox completely serviced was great experience however less than a hour after I left I had a problem with my tire. Everything was as expected. Reminders were received via text. Upon arrival I was asked if twice if I was being attended to, and I said yes I was thank you.
