Everything and everyone that I have dealt with has been wonderful and made my experiences very painless. I purchased my leased vehicle with the help of Mike Wehunt, I had the oil changed/ fluids checked/t wonderful and made my experiences very painless. I made 4 separate calls to the dealership in the 2 days following leaving my car. Nobody in the service department ever answered the phone when I called and none of my 4 messages ever resulted in a return following leaving my car. Leaving my car, I made it clear that I was leaving town in 2 days and needed to drive my car. As I couldn’t get any type status report on my car at that time, I had to leave town using my fiancés car leaving her without one for 3 days. Five days following leaving my car for service, I again called the dealership and was eventually transferred to the service department although I was speaking to someone who wasn’t my service coordinator, had no idea who I was, and knew nothing about my car. After waiting on hold again, I was informed that my car was ready to be picked up although nobody seemed to know when it was finished or if/when I would have been called and informed. On a more positive note, they did fix the problem while the car was there. More

My car was damaged by the service department. This was after I had a discussion with the service advisor about that my Saturn Sky needed this special care when lifted. I place multiple warning This was after I had a discussion with the service advisor about that my Saturn Sky needed this special care when lifted. I place multiple warning signs in the car. It was like they did it on purpose. Both front fenders were damaged. I did not get my price match on my tires as discussed with the advisor, although they said they would after my car gets repaired. I also asked for one of the original tires that came off. They were trying to give me the wrong one. Of course my tires were no where to be found when I called them out on this. I am so disappointed, frustrated and mad at the fact they could not treat me or my car with care and respect the was expected. More
