Car has been in the body shop going on 10 weeks, job STILL not completed. No updates have been forthcoming unless I have called or stopped by. Customer service representative was very good and helpful. Service dept / equipment destroyed the tire while plugging a slow leak. Caused a 2 hour wait to get a smother tire from Greenville.
