Howard was very professional and friendly. He explained the process and kept me updated. Unfortunately beyond his control there was an ordering issue and parts needed were not delivered on time, even after the process and kept me updated. I appreciate the service that was done on my truck at no cost to me. But operating my own business I think I should comment on things that could help better the dealership. If the technician already knows the vehicle needs a certain part before the vehicle is coming in it needs to be ordered so you and customer is not waiting days for a job that only takes a few hours. And please take time to check the body of the vehicle, mine had grease on the right fender and frt bumper. Another thing is the parking lot needs to be fenced to secure all vehicle’s from thieves and doing malicious damage to them. Again I do most sincerely thank you for the good job Bradshaw Chevrolet did for me. More
