I was having a very bad day. My car would not start and I needed to go to work that evening. I called the Cadillac dealer just a mile away and they wanted to schedule me for service three weeks out. They also would not honor the purchased warranty that I had on my Cadillac. I had used Bradshaw service before and never had an unhappy experience with them. I was reluctant to go there because they were a considerable distance away from me. I made an online appointment with Bradshaw Cadillac for the next day. They were full also, but I found one available appointment spot. I received a phone call from Bradshaw service to clarify my issue. I asked if I can have my vehicle towed there a day early. They agreed. I had my car towed and Terry Kitchens notified me that my car had arrived and they would look at it soon. (In my mind “soon” meant maybe in a few days.) I received a call from Terry stating my issue and that they would continue to work on it. About an hour later Terry called and said my car is ready, it only needed a battery. Test-driven, and it’s ready for pick up. Much earlier than I expected, I was very surprised. I returned my rental car and was given a ride back to Bradshaw service by your concierge service, by a very safe and personable man. I don’t remember his name, but he is the safest driver that I have ever met. Terry and your driver had exceeded my expectations and should be recognized for their great customer service.
