They ripped me off brought my vehicle in for a recall. They fix that. I told the service guy I had a check engine light on. Charged me 105.00 dollars for diagnostic fee. Then he said it would be 700.00 to They fix that. I told the service guy I had a check engine light on. Charged me 105.00 dollars for diagnostic fee. Then he said it would be 700.00 to replace the sensor, ok go ahead and repair it, go to pick it up the price is 529.00. Ok good came out cheaper. Drive the vehicle home, next day check engine light is on again, take vehicle back, guy says I’ll waive the diagnostic fee & check it out. Calls me later and says he’s getting a different code and it’s going to be another 410.00 dollars. Oh no how do get that. To me the problem was not fixed asked to speak to a manager that didn’t happen he said the manager was busy, so he goes to the assistant manager who says they would fix for 334.00. Are kidding me. The problem was never fix they were just guessing at the problem. In my opinion if I let you do the work the diagnostic fee should be waived in the beginning. I should have learned from the first time I took that vehicle in for a oil change and they left the oil cap off. Poor management. Every customer is valuable if have a customer with issue have decency and time to address there concerns. More
