Poor communication. Extremely long service time. I was only ever able to talk to one person and she never knew anything about what was going on, and constantly remarked Extremely long service time. It’s currently 42 days and I still don’t have my vehicle back. They even called me and said to come pick it up, then called back again and said that it turns out it needs another part and it’ll be at least 4 more days. I expect after the 4 days there will be another delay. I wouldn’t recommend Bradshaw collision. Truly terrible experience. I can’t comment on the quality of the work yet because I still haven’t seen my car. Again, I wasn’t allowed to ever speak to anyone else other than this one person, and she would tell me something, then say she would call me next Tuesday or Thursday, then tell me something that was inconsistent with what she told me previously. I get the impression that her job is to run interference for the mechanics when there are delays. I would have been able to tolerate the delays better if someone was more honest and straightforward with me, but that was the exact opposite of that happened— Or I should say, what *is happening*, because I’m still dealing with this. Do yourself a favor and find a mechanic you can trust rather than just clicking on the first result of your insurance company’s list of recommendations. More

The Service facility appearance is very impressive, and it appears to be well managed. All of the Representatives I met were very nice and accommodating; this included the Service Manager, Zack Moran and t it appears to be well managed.
