This place has been exactly what I would have expected from a dealership, but worse because it actually happened to me this time instead of watching it happen to others. I’ve been swindled for money they from a dealership, but worse because it actually happened to me this time instead of watching it happen to others. I’ve been swindled for money they didn’t earn. They’ve had to be told off just to stand true to their word, and even then they’ve failed me as a customer. They’ve left my oil cap off as I drove over half the state away. They’ve lied to me on countless accounts, including but not limited to that I would receive complimentary car washes, taking care of oil stain damage, my blue blocker shades went missing after I took it to them, said that I was covered from my top tier extended warranty as well as my factory warranty, however my vehicle was held for ransom for $400 dollars for a rental vehicle that I did not want (told prior I was getting something else but not the case when I got there) because they couldn’t get the car to do what they had previously seen PROVEN for it to do (transmission issue covered by my warranty) but later told me that I had to pay for the rental because they couldn’t solve it. I was sold a vehicle that poured in water from its very first rain after it was supposed to be certified with no problems. It’s had electrical issues etc and I’ve had to come there multiple times to resolve issues that would have otherwise been shrugged away or made me pay for had I not fought back. Indicative of all dealerships I’ve known but this has been a horrible experience. Then the assistant manager had the audacity to get smart with me since he was mad that I wasn’t having it. I’ve had enough of it, I’d honestly like my $400 dollars back and to speak with the GM, and to never deal with this establishment again. They have lost my trust and honestly deserve less than a one star but it won’t let me leave that. I am going to copy and paste this in my google review of this establishment as well. More

I took my vehicle in to get the transmission checked and the front end looked at. I explained to them what was wrong with it and I basically paid 120 for them to tell me what I already knew.they told me the the front end looked at. Quality of the work was excellent, but the length of time for them to complete was 3 weeks instead of the estimated 1 week. I would recommend them because they had parts delays due to the supply chain ordea for them to complete was 3 weeks instead of the estimated 1 week. My main complaint was they left one of my battery cables loose when they reconnected it after the body work was done and it left me stranded and calling roadside assistance twice! When I told my representative about this I got an “oh well, sometimes that happens” response. I would use them again for quality, but their post covid service needs a lot of work. I hope I never have to get body work done again, cause it’s a big pain. More
