My experience with the service department has been the absolute worst. They deserve zero stars. I had Tyler as my service manager. Let me say the narrative that mechanics just try to drain money from thei absolute worst. They deserve zero stars. I had Tyler as my service manager. Let me say the narrative that mechanics just try to drain money from their customers especially women this Chevrolet location played right into this narrative. I initially brought my car for a service light that prior mechanic couldn’t figure out. Ultimately Tyler instructed me to have Chevy fix 2 things and by the way we’re recently replaced 2 weeks prior but Tyler insisted with Chevy parts there’s a guarantee it’ll fix the problem. He went a step further to say if I have any issues related to the same problem he’ll waive the diagnostic fee next time. Needless to say I was back within 2 weeks for the same problem. Tyler called me after days of having my car to say they can’t figure out what’s wrong. But would like to keep it another day to try to get something figured out. By the next morning Tyler called back to say there’s so new codes that picked up on their diagnostic reader and one of which is a leak. He stated this will cost a $1000. That revelation was alarming considering just 24 short hours prior he stated they didn’t know what the issue was. Now he came back to say the new codes which he later revealed was not there the first time he had my car and he certainly didn’t mention a leak on the call when he stated he didn’t know what was wrong. So I ended up declining to get my car fixed. Tyler proceeds to say I’m responsible for the diagnostic fee because those new codes that he coincidentally scrambled up. My issue is not the amount or them simply not knowing the issue with my car. My problem is the money gauging and be deceptive in the process. I say all this to say tread lightly when getting your car serviced there especially if it’s with a deceptive person like Tyler. More

My Equinox was taken on time, and I was provided with a shuttle ride home while it was being serviced. The service writer, Adam, was very professional, although I do miss my previous service writer, Easto shuttle ride home while it was being serviced. I had originally reached out to the dealership about a service issue I had on October 29. I had requested to speak with the service manager but was told they weren’t available so I left a message for the service issue I had on October 29. After not hearing back I called again to speak to the service manager and was again told they weren’t available so I left another message to have them call me back. Over a week went by and I never received a call back. At that point I went to their website and requested to be contacted and was contacted shortly after by someone from their sales department even though in my request I mentioned I had a service issue. It has been over another week and I still have not heard from their service department. After leaving a review about the poor service I had received. Someone from Fred Anderson Chevrolet responded to my review asking me to reach out to the Service Manager Zack Moran who was the employee who had not returned any of my calls previously so why would he start now. In my opinion neither Fred Anderson Chevrolet or Zack Moran care about customers or customer experience. It your vehicle requires service I would recommend taking it any where but Fred Anderson Chevrolet. More

Fred Anderson's service department really stepped up to help me out. I don't get around very well these days and they came for my car, performed the services it needed and brought it back in no time. I own a 2014 Honda Pilot. I’ve always taken it to Dock Brooks for service since I’ve owned it and they do an exceptional job with customer service and service on the vehicle, I’ve always taken it to Dock Brooks for service since I’ve owned it and they do an exceptional job with customer service and service on the vehicle, also provide a completely wash. I also own a 2016 Silverado and have taken it to Bradshaw/Fred Anderson for service since I’ve owned it. It seems that Dick Brooks is cheaper on a service plus they offer a completely wash. I’m going to look into Dick Brooks for my next service. Thanks More
Spend $3100 they had the car for 4 weeks when I got the car back still had check engine light on and they kill the battery. All they did was throw parts at it till they thought it was fixed smh … we won’t car back still had check engine light on and they kill the battery.
