New car salesman, Marcus Mayberry told us that Acura was not willing to negotiate on two separate occasions, but Used Car Sales Mgr, John Finley was. After working with him, we were very pleased! We realize there is a difference in new and used car sales, and that there is a major shortage of new car inventory, but the lack of willingness to even discuss a sale implies that for new sales, profit overrides customer service.
