New car salesman, Marcus Mayberry told us that Acura was not willing to negotiate on two separate occasions, but Used Car Sales Mgr, John Finley was. After working with him, we were very pleased! Marcus was very pleasant, but it seemed as if he was still in training. He didn't even ask if we had a car to trade in or if this would be a cash sale. We realize there is a difference in new and used car sales, and that there is a major shortage of new car inventory, but the lack of willingness to even discuss a sale implies that for new sales, profit overrides customer service. Just purchased a 2022 MDX from Steve Steele at Bradshaw Acura. It was a pain free, hassle free experience. He gave me a good price up front and had my paperwork ready when we got there. We drove two hours Acura. It was a pain free, hassle free experience. He gave me a good price up front and had my paperwork ready when we got there.
