However, the guy who represented himself as the sales manager/finance (Mike) was dishonest as xxxx. Due to my unfortunate dealings with "Mike", I cannot recommend Bradshaw Acura. A car dealer that cares about their customers has zero reasons to employ this car industry dinosaur. My assumptions that car dealers were evolving in this time of online sales were wrong. I have purchased a car from Bradshaw Honda and never dealt with anyone like "Mike". In my opinion, this reflects badly on Bradshaw AND Acura/Honda. When I requested contact info with Bradshaw corporate office I was rebuffed at every turn. A very disappointing experience. More

I live in Englewood, Florida. No dealers in our area had a new 2021 red Acura RDX. I asked our son who lives in Kansas to help me find this vehicle and he was able to contact JJ Jordal at Bradshaw Acura wh a new 2021 red Acura RDX. I asked our son who lives in Kansas to help me find this vehicle and he was able to contact JJ Jordal at Bradshaw Acura who had the exact car I desired. JJ worked out a price I was happy with and arranged to ship the car to me in Florida. It arrived when promised and was in perfect condition. JJ followed up to make sure that everything was handled to my satisfaction, which it was. I have purchased many new cars during my lifetime, but this was the easiest experience for me. I highly recommend the dealership and appreciate the service I received. I love my new car. More
We purchased a new Acura RDX from Ken Hucker. He was fantastic! There was no pressure. He answered all of our questions and helped point out the differences in the models they had available. New car salesman, Marcus Mayberry told us that Acura was not willing to negotiate on two separate occasions, but Used Car Sales Mgr, John Finley was. After working with him, we were very pleased! Marcus was very pleasant, but it seemed as if he was still in training. He didn't even ask if we had a car to trade in or if this would be a cash sale. We realize there is a difference in new and used car sales, and that there is a major shortage of new car inventory, but the lack of willingness to even discuss a sale implies that for new sales, profit overrides customer service.
