The salesperson, Steve Steele was great. Steve knew every detail of the differences in the RDX models and sold me on the RDX 4WD Advance. Honest and truthful throughout the car buying process. However, the guy who represented himself as the sales manager/finance (Mike) was dishonest as xxxx. Due to my unfortunate dealings with "Mike", I cannot recommend Bradshaw Acura. A car dealer that cares about their customers has zero reasons to employ this car industry dinosaur. My assumptions that car dealers were evolving in this time of online sales were wrong. I have purchased a car from Bradshaw Honda and never dealt with anyone like "Mike". In my opinion, this reflects badly on Bradshaw AND Acura/Honda. When I requested contact info with Bradshaw corporate office I was rebuffed at every turn. A very disappointing experience. More

JJ worked out a price I was happy with and arranged to ship the car to me in Florida. It arrived when promised and was in perfect condition. JJ followed up to make sure that everything was handled to my satisfaction, which it was. I have purchased many new cars during my lifetime, but this was the easiest experience for me.
