Bradshaw Acura is by far the best dealership service experience I've ever had. I am always immediately greeted with a smile, given accurate and reasonable price estimates for work needing to be done, th experience I've ever had. My most recent experience was above and beyond ! Around 2:30 one afternoon , I was leaving a group of friends and found that my battery was dead . I have a Halo charger but couldn’t get to to terminals . I 2:30 one afternoon , I was leaving a group of friends and found that my battery was dead . I have a Halo charger but couldn’t get to to terminals . I called Acura and Cory walked me through attaching the cables . Finally I got my car started … I asked Cory if they had a new battery and if I could come in . Within 30 minutes after arriving , I was on my way home . ( Cory even held the door open for me .. ) Cory is great and honest . I am always a little hesitant about going to dealers service shops as they are usually quite a bit higher in cost , but I trust Cory to only tell me the truth about what is necessary to have repaired and what can wait . Thanks to Cory , I will return ! More
