He “sold” us on the car without the typical pushiness like some other car dealerships. He didn’t beg us to meet his manager, he encouraged us to take our time and choose the right vehicle for us. I’m typically turned off by most dealerships because they insist on getting you inside to meet the sales manager and get you in a vehicle today! We would definitely buy from Tino and Bradshaw again. JJ, the sales manager, was also very helpful and started the paperwork with us because Tino was assisting another customer when we returned to purchase the vehicle. He was also professional and thanked us for our business. We received a follow up phone call from Tino who wanted to make sure we were happy with our purchase and encouraged us to call him anytime with questions. Tino also walked us through the vehicle amenities before leaving the dealership and encouraged us to drop by with any additional questions about the vehicle. I think the Acura MDX Type S Advance is a great car and overall offers good value. No discounts applied even though I have been a Honda owner for over 20 years.
