When I checked in with the service advisor and gave him my name he looked up my records. Then he said, so this is your first visit with us? I said no this my third visit. After I went to the customer loung my name he looked up my records. Then he said, so this is your first visit with us? I said no this my third visit. After I went to the customer lounge he came in for me to sign a paper. Then he said, just so you know, this is your last free oil change. I said no it’s not, you better go back and do some research. He came back a few minutes later and apologized and said that I was right. I don’t think this young man knew much about your system. More

I could not have asked for a better experience while purchasing my new Acura at Fred Anderson. Derrick was extremely helpful right from the start. He did a thorough overview of the RDX and all of its fe purchasing my new Acura at Fred Anderson. Derrick was extremely helpful right from the start. He did a thorough overview of the RDX and all of its features and on the test drive he continued to show us many of the safety features it was equipped with. When it came to the discussion of financing, he was very patient and allowed us to go through many options. Overall I give the experience 10 out of 10. We would highly recommend both Derrick and Fred Anderson for your next purchase of a new or used Acura. More
