Ken spent several hours on delivery day going through all the features of the vehicle with my wife and I making this a real learning experience of our RDX and making sure we were comfortable with our new purchase before driving off the lot. His service did not end there contacting us several times since delivery to make sure our vehicle performed as expected and encouraged us to call or drop into the dealership with any questions or concerns. The financing end of things was also very seamless. Michael Burgess made us feel comfortable and welcome. He was well organized, answered all our questions and got us through the paperwork quickly.
