I live in Columbia, SC and could have easily gone to McDaniel's Acura right down the road but decided to purchase my vehicle with Bradshaw Acura as I was told I would receive good customer service. I think they were being candid because I received exceptional customer service! From the time I inquired online about the RDX, Christine was fantastic! She was very professional, knowledgeable, and most of all honest. She went above and beyond, and I will definitely recommend her and purchase from her again! The professionalism did not stop there, Jeff Carson, the Finance Manager took the time to explain all my options and answered my questions. He was a pleasure to work with. There's more! I had a minor issue with the bus network connectors and Christine got me in touch with Tom in the service department. He took the time to listen and helped me schedule an appointment to get it fixed right away. He was nice and ensured the problem will be fixed. It may seem small but I appreciated that. I am happy with my purchase but most of all I am very pleased with my experience at Bradshaw Acura. Thank you! More
