I recently purchased a 2008 Acura TL from Bradshaw Acura, and honestly couldn't be more pleased with the entire car-purchasing experience. From the initial conversations I had with my sales consultant, Mr. Wayne Butler, to the relaxed pace of the administrative process concluding the transaction, it was truly a pleasure to do business with this dealership. Not only did they work with me to reach a competitive price agreement, but more importantly, they treated me with the utmost respect as a knowledgeable consumer throughout the entire purchasing process and extended a level of courtesy to me normally reserved by most businesses for a select group of friends and family only. And I can not overemphasize the significance of this latter point! At no time did I feel as though I was involved in a typical car-buying experience reported by many a consumer -- one characterized by high-pressured sales tactics and/or fabricated information to coerce the consumer into a hasty, ill-advised purchase and/or lease. If you are looking to purchase a new Acura vehicle or another nameplate offered by this dealership, I urge you to seriously consider taking Bradshaw Acura for a "test-drive". Even if you do not live in the immediate vicinity of the Greenville-Spartanburg area (as I do not), it would be worth your while to make a day-trip to this dealership for a first-rate, customer-centric car-purchasing experience.
