My experience with the Infiniti G37 Convertible buying experience was really very good. Ervin's salesmanship, professionalism and attendance to the buyer's objectives is superior. I am a sales professional responsible for a global customer. I know there are fundamental qualities required however, to provide the best buying experience to any potential customer whether it be a very large corporate client or an individual looking for a car. Ervin is extremely professional, polite, he listens to what the buyer is saying and anticipates what needs to happen next to gain the confidence of the buyer to the point of closing a sale. I can't say enough good things about working with Ervin. We had some complications, however, after my sale...and while I have been anxious and little disappointed, Ervin has been very eager to assist, and the Bradshaw Infiniti dealership, as a whole, from service to sales, have been very, very good to deal with and my confidence restored. Nothing exhibits good customer service better than how the "vendor" responds to challenges/barriers, and Bradshaw and Ervin have proven to provide great customer service. This is my fourth Acura. That in itself says a lot. We have found the Acura to be flawless, comfortable, dependable. Further, when questions arose after the sale Evan Lindsay was always gracious and patient with the explanation. He maintained the same demeanor after the sale as before. He's there to help. Visited Bradshaw used car lot looking for an '08 Chev Malibu for my daughter.Found one and after a second test drive decided to purchase. We had a certain price we didn't want to go over so Eddie Hunt ou Malibu for my daughter.Found one and after a second test drive decided to purchase. We had a certain price we didn't want to go over so Eddie Hunt our sells person spoke with financing guy & they could not meet the price we needed.Eddie was not pushy & explained that at that time they were uable to offer us the price we needed. Eddie called to offer us a look at another vehicle that had come in, but my daughter was not interested in that make/model.He said OK-no hassle about trying to convince us otherwise.Then a couple of weeks later Eddie called us back again to offer us the car we wanted at the price we wanted. We accepted and needless to say my daughter is a happy first time car owner and still smiling from ear to ear.We were in the dealership close to the close of day but Eddie and the financing guy were patience and pleasant. I have gotten several vehicles from this dealership and each time the service has been really great. The Sales Associate make sure if I have any questions or concerns that he will do what ever is in his po each time the service has been really great.
