My visit to Bradshaw Acura was very, very good. I have had my eye on the Acura MDX for over a year and now I am finally driving one. I did that this time, decided the car I wanted, came home and visited the website, left my name and I got a return call the following day from Mike Burgess. He was very nice and he wasn't pushy, which I liked. So, later that afternoon I went to the dealership and he was just as nice in person as he was on the phone. I then met JJ and he was Justas nice and helpfully. I appreciate the fact that both made an effort to help me find the car that was right for me. They provided information that helped me find the car that I currently have and love. I all so would like to say Scott was very helpful when it came to the financial aspect of the purchase. Sales has been very professional to follow-up and assure all was well with the purchases I've made. My current purchase is I believe the the eighth Acura purchased from Bradshaw. I also assisted my son in purchasing a new Acura when he finished college in 2003. The service department has always been prompt and delivered the service as needed in a timely manner. We were pleased with every aspect of our experience. We had bought an Acura TL from Steve before, and we love that car; so we went back to him and the dealership when we were in the market again. We found what we wanted (an RDX), we drove it, and, having thought about other alternatives, we decided to buy it. The price for the car, including the trade-in, seemed fair to us, and Steve was fine at providing all the information we requested and needed. He did a good job of delivering the car and explaining its features, and throughout the experience, he was friendly and helpful. Altogether, we were glad we bought from Bradshaw and that we had Steve as our sales rep. More
