I love my new Acura RDX. I was a little skeptical about the mileage, but on a recent trip to the coast we averaged over 26 mpg. Everyone at Bradshaw was friendly and answered all my questions. Steve Stee the mileage, but on a recent trip to the coast we averaged over 26 mpg. Everyone at Bradshaw was friendly and answered all my questions. Steve Steele took time to explain the features and do most of the setup on my new SUV. I felt like he was honest and truly wanted my business, which was not the case at some other dealerships in the Greenville area. I think I am going to enjoy my new ride for many years! More
I was very pleased with the service that I received at Bradshaw Acura. They were pleasant from the time I walked into the door. Mike Burgess was my sales rep. When I arrived at the dealership I was gre Bradshaw Acura. They were pleasant from the time I walked into the door. Mike Burgess was my sales rep. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted immediately. Mike offered to show a precertified RDX and a 2014 RDX. I had already test driven a car and so my husband test drove one. After the drive we decided to purchase a 2014 RDX. The finance person was also very helpful. I would recommend Bradshaw to anyone looking for an Acura. More
2nd MDX Purchase from this dealer. Very low pressure, but not as standoffish as some dealers. I know it's hard to find that balance and so many dealers can't get it right. They will either be on you as you g not as standoffish as some dealers. I know it's hard to find that balance and so many dealers can't get it right. They will either be on you as you get out of your car on the lot or you can look around for 20 minutes and no one will address you. JJ and Ken were very helpful with the process. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering an Acura. More
I purchased a Mercedes GLK 350 at the end of May 2013. Everything went great until the sale was made final. Several repairs were needed to the car including a new windshield and front bumper. Weeks passe Everything went great until the sale was made final. Several repairs were needed to the car including a new windshield and front bumper. Weeks passed with no plan how or when the car would be repaired. Multiple trips made to the dealership to push them to come up with a plan of action. The next phase of this drama includes a loaner car promised during the sale suddenly was not going to be possible while our car was being repaired. After another trip to the dealership they made it happen grudgingly. To top it off a week after we got the car we noticed a vibration in the steering at 70 plus mph. It turned out to be a bent wheel that was missed during the 120 point inspection (it was bent bad)! After another trip to the dealership they agreed to pay for it. I then took the car to the wheel repair shop and got a hand written invoice(they had no computers) for $90 that I took to the dealership.Days later I received a voice mail that said they could not accept hand written invoices. All later calls not returned and no check in the mail. I bought a 27,000 dollar car from them and they are willing to lose a customer who buys a new car every two years for 90 dollars??? Buyer beware More
The dealership was very busy. However, the general manager greeted us anyway and asked us what vehicles we were interested in. He found a sales person, Ken Hucker, and personally introduced us. I expl manager greeted us anyway and asked us what vehicles we were interested in. He found a sales person, Ken Hucker, and personally introduced us. I explained that I had been away from the brand for a while but wanted to see what was new. Ken was very accommodating and allowed us to test drive exactly what we were interested in. He had EXCELLENT product knowledge and provided resources for research. He knew what phase of the buying process I was in and treated us with respect! I highly recommend this dealer if you're shopping around.. More

Very good experience with Steve, the car salesman. He was very knowledgeable, very patient with me, all the questions, the multiple test drives, etc. My thoughts were, wow, this is a great place. Then was very knowledgeable, very patient with me, all the questions, the multiple test drives, etc. My thoughts were, wow, this is a great place. Then we made the decision to purchase the RDX. Things changed. It was pretty easy to reach agreement on the purchase price, but not so much on the trade-in price of my car. The back and forth, the low balling, all was very disturbing, almost insulting; the sales manager will never know just how close we were to walking away from the entire deal. We finally reached agreement. Then on to the actual purchase. We paid cash. No problem but! We kept emphasizing to the gentleman (Scott?) that this car was to be registered in my name, oh no problem at all. Yet all the documents he kept preparing had the names reversed. No problem. OK, we believed him. No problem. We were happy, we were ready to recommend Bradshaw to anyone. Then came the documents in the mail, title in my husband's name, registration in his name, all the little things like the XM info, in his name. Our 95-100% recommendation dropped to maybe 75%. We will recommend Bradshaw but with a lot of caveats and reasons to those who ask. In the end we were not very happy. We felt that once we signed, no one paid any more attention to us and our wishes. Not a good feeling to have when you are asked to recommend a dealership! We did not have this problem when we purchased our previous car from a dealership right down Laurens Road from Bradshaw. And yes, I will bring the car into Bradshaw for service, but will not hang around to chat as I would have in other places. It's funny just how the little things turn a 100% satisfied experience into a 75% or lower experience. More
I had a very positive experience with Michael Burgess at Acura. I was undecided at what vehicle I wanted during my first visit. I was very impressed with the rdx's value. Michael was very informative, frien Acura. I was undecided at what vehicle I wanted during my first visit. I was very impressed with the rdx's value. Michael was very informative, friendly and took alot of time with me to assist me. I then went to four other dealerships to evaluate other small suvs. I returned to Acura to take the rdx for a longer test drive, as I had narrowed my choice to two vehicles. (The two dealerships that I had rejected were, in part, due to poor experiences with salespeople.) I was confident that Michael would continue to be friendly and helpful. After my second test drive, I decided to purchase the rdx. Michael made the purchase very easy. I felt I was treated fairly and with respect. I felt no stress at all. I took advantage of the low financing costs and that process was effortless as well. Michael Burgess was the perfect salesperson. He gave me time to decide with appropriate follow-up, and when ready, was right there with information and assistance. His personality is open and friendly but remains professional and respectful. I ask alot of questions and require some extra explanation in some areas. His patience was also appreciated. I will recommend Acura and Michael, as my experience could not have been more positive. My husband and I are from Hendersonville, NC and live only 20 minutes away from an Acura dealership. However they never made us feel like our time and money was valuable as Mike at Bradshaw did, from the only 20 minutes away from an Acura dealership. However they never made us feel like our time and money was valuable as Mike at Bradshaw did, from the beginning he treated us with respect and gave us a positive experience while purchasing our new Acura TL. He never wasted our time or made us feel like we were wasting his, even when we came down to test drive a TSX that he had the shop clean up for us and we ended up with the TL. He made sure that our new car was detailed before we drove it off the lot. They even shared their catered lunch with us. The local Apple Tree dealer had five months to earn our business, while Mike Burgess completed the sale in 3 1/2 hours with 2 previous e-mails and few phone calls. It was definitely worth the one hour drive to Greenville SC instead of 20 minutes to Arden NC. I would recommend Bradshaw Acura to anyone because of their friendly courteous staff. Mike took plenty of time to explain how many of the features work. This is the second TL I've owned and I am very pleased with it. More
