On Wednesday, my car wouldn't start. I had my son "jump" it off, and I called Bradshaw Service immediately. I asked that someone look at the car as it was a special day (my 77th birthday I had my son "jump" it off, and I called Bradshaw Service immediately. I asked that someone look at the car as it was a special day (my 77th birthday) and I had events planned all day. I felt sure that it was a dead battery. I was told No! Tom called and indicated that the only thing I could do was to bring the car in and get a loaner. I drove from Greer to the service center, filled out the paperwork, left the car, drove all the way back to Greer. When I pulled in my driveway, I received a call that the problem was only a dead battery which would take 20 minutes to replace. I drove all the way back to the service center, turned in the loaner, paid for the battery, and drove back to Greer. This is what I had asked the first time that I called, someone to just look at it. If it appeared to be something else, I would gladly have completed the paperwork for the loaner. The only bright spot was Hanna, who was superb at customer service. She was efficient, knowledgeable, and very pleasant. I give her an A+. She understood my frustration. I cannot believe that a service as large as Bradshaw Acura does not have room for an occasional emergency. I do believe if Cory or Peter were there, this would not have happened. Next time, I will just go to Auto Zone and have a battery put in the car. I would not have lost so much time and experienced so much frustration. More

Ken Hucker our salesperson was extremely pleasant and very knowledgeable of the product. He led us through the whole test drive and purchasing process seamlessly with no pressure to buy and spent all the time we needed to ask questions. Ken spent several hours on delivery day going through all the features of the vehicle with my wife and I making this a real learning experience of our RDX and making sure we were comfortable with our new purchase before driving off the lot. His service did not end there contacting us several times since delivery to make sure our vehicle performed as expected and encouraged us to call or drop into the dealership with any questions or concerns. The financing end of things was also very seamless. Michael Burgess made us feel comfortable and welcome. He was well organized, answered all our questions and got us through the paperwork quickly. We are all a little apprehensive walking into a car dealership, but the Bradshaw Acura experience was a great and relaxing event, and we fully recommend it to any new car buyer.
