I actually test drove the RDX last summer because I thought that my son was taking my Honda Pilot to college last fall, but immediately after I initiated the car-buying process, my son attended orientation at Clemson and decided that he did not want to take a car. Evan Lindsay was the salesman who worked with us last summer, and he waited patiently over the course of last year as the timing for this purchase changed. When my husband contacted Evan a few weeks ago by email, we were amazed that Evan remembered everything that we had discussed last summer. My husband included the specific features that we were interested in for the RDX in that email, and Evan responded immediately to our inquiry to let us know that Bradshaw had the RDX that we described in stock. The sales manager and Evan made the car-buying process very easy, which I greatly appreciated because I completed that part on my own, as my husband was out-of-town. The day that I picked up the car, Evan took the time to explain all of the features and controls, and he even synced my iPhone and programmed my favorite radio channels. In addition to the wonderful service that we received, we were very pleased with the price that Bradshaw gave us. My husband had done his research in order to know what a fair price would be, and he was amazed when Evan gave us the quote. I would highly recommend Evan and the staff at Bradshaw to anyone who is interested in purchasing a car. More

(1) MY SERVICE ADVISER, JENNIFER RIOS, IS VERY CUSTOMER CENTRIC, FROM THE TIME YOU CALL FOR AN APPOINTMENT, TO ACCURATELY WRITING UP MY SERVICE NEEDS (INCLUDING ALL THE SMALL SPECIAL THINGS THAT I WANT SUCH USING MY OWN MOBIL 1 OIL, POLISH, WAX AND TIRE SHINE). I NEVER HEAR SOMETHING LIKE "OH, THAT COULDN'T HAPPEN". SHE ALSO KEEPS AN ACCURATE RECORD OF MY SERVICE HISTORY, SO SHE CAN RECOMMEND SERVICE THAT I MIGHT NEED. THEY SELDOM OVERLOOK ANYTHING OR NOT REPAIR THE PROBLEM. IF THEY CANNOT REPRODUCE A PROBLEM I HAVE REPORTED, THEN THEY WILL SHOW ME HOW THEY ANALYZED THE PROBLEM. (3) THEIR DETAIL SHOP DOES A GREAT JOB - FOR EVERY SERVICE VISIT, THEY ALWAYS WASH AND VACUUM MY CAR. THEY ALSO DO COMPLETE DETAILING AS YOU WANT IT DONE, USING MY PRODUCTS THAT I SUPPLY. (4) IF YOU SCHEDULE SERVICE WHEN A LOANER CAR IS AVAILABLE, THEN YOU CAN BE GUARANTEED TO HAVE IT WAITING WHEN YOU DROP YOUR CAR OFF. He immediately grabbed the key for the BMW Z4 SDrive35i that I came to see and gave me a complete tour of the car. Although they were about to close for the day, he didn't rush and still let me take the car for a spin in city and highway. The car was just as expected, and with a really good price. I was sold! The very next business day Patrick called me in the morning and told me they had financing for me approved and the car was ready for me to pick up. Went in, signed a few documents and in less than 30 minutes I was driving my new Z4 home. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Definetly recommend these guys. More
