Mislead I recently purchased a 2005 Toyota Avalon and when test driving the vehicle I noticed a noise coming the rear as did the salesman with me. He said that if I was interested in purchasing the car he would have their service dept. check the noise out to determine exactly what it was. When I called back to say I was interested and mentioned the noise to another salesman he said he would have them check it out. When I talked with him later I was told that they were ordering a part and would have it repaired. When I picked up the car after the repair the noise was still there, they had repaired something else. This is a very evident noise and I am no mechanic but I can tell it comes from the rear. I've had the car checked out by someone else and was told that the noise is coming from the rear struts and they need to be replaced. I am very disappointed in Bradshaw and very upset that my concern was not addressed. If I had known that I would have to spend quite a bit of money as soon as I purchased the car, it probably would have figured in my decision to buy. More

Great Buying Experience! We met Ken Hucker last fall shortly after moving to Asheville,NC. We had driven to Greenville to have a Lexus we owned serviced and stopped by Bradsh We met Ken Hucker last fall shortly after moving to Asheville,NC. We had driven to Greenville to have a Lexus we owned serviced and stopped by Bradshaw Acura to look at MDX's. We told him we would most likely be in the market for a car the following May. He never hassled us by phoning or email like several other dealers did. The first of May he sent a very polite email offering to be of assistance if we were still interested in an Acura. We found him to be the most knowledgeable and thorough salesperson we have ever dealt with. He spent several hours going over all the technical options in the car and offered to answer any future questions we had. (This we compare to the five minutes the Lexus salesman in Ohio spent when we bought the RX400h.) We ended up purchasing a new RDX and really love the car! Mike, the finance manager was also great to work with and the entire process was quick and easy. We will definitely return to Ken and Bradshaw Acura! One suggestion would be that Bradshaw Acura offer service assistance for Asheville customers similar to what the Lexus dealer offers. We also own an Infiniti vehicle and this would be most helpful. More

We are pretty deliberate about car buying and it usually takes about six months. We visited the dealership last December and returned in April. Ken not only remembered us, but remembered our interests and the things that were important to us. He was professional in his approach and friendly throughout the process. I never felt pressured to buy and not even to add features when we were ready to buy. In fact, Ken was good at presenting a balanced view of the various model levels we considered and even pointed out ways less expensive models would meet our objectives.He never lost patience with our test driving several models, even some used ones, and spent significant time educating us about them all. We are an Acura family, but Ken's expertise in guiding us through the research and purchase of this vehicle impressed us a great deal. In addition to the positive purchase experience, Ken followed up with us after the purchase and helped me solve a problem with my phone that was creating interface difficulties with the car. The approach was a welcome change from some of the other Acura dealers we spoke to within the driving area. We would not hesitate to buy from the dealer again, especially from Ken Hucker and we would recommend Ken to anyone in the market for a car. More

Ken is a very knowledgeable, capable, and professional salesman. I am the type of person who needs time to mull over new information and Ken intuitively realized this and was very patient as I made decisions. He is a low key, low pressure type of salesman which is important to me when making any expensive purchase. This is my family’s third Acura and second Acura purchase with this dealership and salesman. I do not hesitate to recommend Bradshaw Acura and in particular Ken Hucker. More

He did not add other cars or try to pressure me at all. He didn't try to call either and I appreciated that. When we arrived to look at and test drive the car he was straightforward with the car's condition and the work the service dept had done on it. When we decided we wanted to purchase the car (a 2009 Toyota Camry), the negotiation was fair and the process was not nearly as lengthy as other car buying experiences we have had in the past. David and the other staff we worked with were professional yet personable. We will definitely recommend Breakaway Honda to others. More
