Great In and Out Service We had recently purchased an Acura and were there to pick up and have All-Season Mats installed, as well as have another key made. Jennifer Rios did a great job having all of the details sorted out and lined up so that we didn't have to spend unnecessary time just sitting around. She even suggested the complimentary car wash, which we took full advantage of. Our experience thus far with Bradshaw Acura has been great, from the test drive to the actual sale to the financing to the service department! We have yet to feel that we were a "bother" to anyone at the Bradshaw dealership, unlike other dealerships with which we have dealt in the past. Keep up the good works, guys, because you are definitely the best Acura dealership in SC. More

He even found us a great place to go eat at after we were done picking up the car. He gave us his personal phone number and told us to call him if we had any trouble while in his city. Nice to see Southern hospitality is still alive and well. Thanks guys , my daughter is going to be the happiest girl in the world with this birthday present. More

I had a number in my mind that I was willing to pay and accept for my trade in, however, the dealers first offer beat my acceptable number by 20%. I was shocked at how high of a trade in rate they were giving me for my used Prius. I can truly say that Bradshaw Acura is a great dealership with low prices. Bradshaw Acuras prices are not competitive.. they are simply LOWER then everyone else. More

Acura Vehicle Purchase 8-12-14 I recently purchased an Pre- Owned Acura from Bradshaw Acura. I live in Greenville, NC and the dealership was actually approximately 5.5 hours away. Mr. Tim Brown was amazing he was extremely knowledgeable and very courteous. I also of course had dealings with the finance manager. He was funny warm and answered my 100's of questions without getting easily annoyed!! We all know how finance guys can be!!! :) lol but what really amazed me about the dealership was they never once haggled or hounded me about purchasing the car which I could appreciate. Overall my experience with Bradshaw was hands down the best I've ever had!! I literally was in and out!! And not to mention my Acura is so beautiful!! I am thankful and a very satisfied customer! Thus I am recommending them to all my fellow Pirates !!! Arrghhh!!! More

Deceptive Used Car Sale Condition This review is for the Used Car Sales only. Because of my trust in Bradshaw's new car sales and service, I wrongly assumed, that my trust could be This review is for the Used Car Sales only. Because of my trust in Bradshaw's new car sales and service, I wrongly assumed, that my trust could be entered into with their used cars sales... a very poor decision on my part. Outright Deception: After calling attention to what I felt was a failing throw-out bearing (manual transmission), Vlad "had the noise checked out by the shop", and told me that the noise was from the turbocharger, working as it should. After purchase, the clutch completely failed, due to a faulty throw-out bearing. A major repair expense. Faults that should have been known by the dealer, but were not made known to buyer: 1) leaking rear-end/differential (with obvious, clumsy attempts to seal the leak) necessitating expensive repairs 2) a horribly leaky convertible top, unfit for moderate rain. Repair cost unknown at this time. Curious Problem: Engine code lights appeared approximately 3o miles after purchase. While I can't prove it, it appears that the ECU had been reset to mask the engine problems. Hundreds of dollars were required for repair. More

But Dana Connor made us feel very comfortable and had a pre-owned 2014 CRV available that was exactly what we were looking for. With a very good appraisal on the Pilot we were able to afford buying a second car from the same dealership within 7 days. Dana was very kind, professional, and knowledgable, and what he didn't know he found out for us immediately.
