We still talk about how well we were treated. Evan Lindsay met with us early on a Saturday morning and did a wonderful job of presenting the automobile and answering our questions. We had researched the car and had a price in mind that we considered to be fair. Their first offer came in below that. There was never any "high pressure" or back-and-forth haggling with the sales manager. Evan and JJ Jordal worked together to get all of the financing and other paperwork together so that we could leave in a new car on our way to a family event in Knoxville. We had a great experience at Bradshaw Acura and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new or used automobile. It is well worth the effort. And from that point, everything fell into place. Evan was extremely knowledgeable, a good listener, and very professional. The three of us were very impressed. After deciding on the Acura, I was on my own. Evan took excellent care of the entire process and I had my car in about a week. He took a lot of time going over the mechanics of the car and let me know that he would be available to help whenever I had a question. That certainly gave me confidence because the technical aspects of the car were very new to me...plus, very advanced. The other employees in the dealership were very friendly and welcoming, as well. Great In and Out Service We had recently purchased an Acura and were there to pick up and have All-Season Mats installed, as well as have another key made. Jennifer Rios did a great job having all of the details sorted out and lined up so that we didn't have to spend unnecessary time just sitting around. She even suggested the complimentary car wash, which we took full advantage of. Our experience thus far with Bradshaw Acura has been great, from the test drive to the actual sale to the financing to the service department! We have yet to feel that we were a "bother" to anyone at the Bradshaw dealership, unlike other dealerships with which we have dealt in the past. Keep up the good works, guys, because you are definitely the best Acura dealership in SC. More
