I did my research on the make and model vehicle i wanted and after test driving the car I saw online asked Dana to give me the best cash price the dealership could offer. I got a great no hassle deal on a great car and was in and out of the dealership quickly! I found the whole process refreshing and even fun and appreciated the little details Dana included like having the car washed and gas tank filled. I visited mulktiple dealerships before making this purchase and was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness and professionalism I encountered from the moment I stepped on the lot. Highly recommend! Great Car Buying Experience Started my car buying process almost a year ago. Visited several dealerships and made a couple of trips back to Bradshaw. I worked with Evan Lindsay Started my car buying process almost a year ago. Visited several dealerships and made a couple of trips back to Bradshaw. I worked with Evan Lindsay; he was always very patient and never made a pressure sales pitch. I have never worked with a salesman who knew more about his product. I wasn't quite ready to commit to the purchase and requested that I not receive any sales calls--my request was honored. Last month, I went back to the dealership and decided that the MDX was the vehicle that I wanted. There was still no pressure. I had done the research and felt that I knew the value of the vehicle that I was trading in as well as a fair price for the MDX. Evan presented me with an offer (there was none of the charade that a lot of dealerships go through with bringing the sales manager out to talk to you--like you're going to be impressed by that)! When I went back to pick up the vehicle, Evan spent probably an hour with me going through the operation of the various features. We even drove back to the service area and he showed me where to bring the vehicle for service. I have purchased several vehicles and I can honestly say that this was the best car buying experience that I have ever had. As a female, I appreciate the fact that Evan worked with me in a professional manner (he didn't talk down to me and he didn't try to deal with my husband). Thank you, Evan. More

Purchased from Out of Town After searching and searching, Bradshaw had 'the car'. I'm from out of town, sight unseen, only the pictures on the internet. Made contact with Eddie After searching and searching, Bradshaw had 'the car'. I'm from out of town, sight unseen, only the pictures on the internet. Made contact with Eddie on the used car sales lot and made an offer. Took a while for him to get back with me but he explained the dealership was busy. That was something that continued during the purchase of the vehicle. We settled on a price, started talking with Eric to get some money down on the car. There was a some delayed communication, back and forth missed calls, explained the dealership was busy. Once again, this is from out of town. Already had financing but Eric was able to get a better rate. All documents were prepared before I arrived, sign and drive. Finally took delivery of the vehicle. Car had 15k miles.. I expected nothing to be wrong. There was a unnoticeable dent in the the front passenger quarter panel. Was it a deal breaker.. was it explained to me.. was any of the unnoticeable's explained.... no.. What can you expect you're buying sight unseen. The new sales lot was nice... had to use the bathrooms over there for a changing table. Used lot was dated. Needs some renovations and furniture. Needs it's own receptionist as well. It became annoying to call and be patched over to a phone that wouldn't be answered. Never got a cell phone number from either employee. Only got a personal email address from Eric. Seems like some systems aren't in place or used for customers to make contact. I wouldn't purchase from out of town at this dealership. They weren't sleazy but if it wasn't 'the car', I would have never called back to check on my offer. More
Decent experience Overall experience was decent. One disappointment was that it took over 4 hours to get through the process of a purchase. Supposedly they were under Overall experience was decent. Since we came in from 2 hours away it turned into an all day event. New vehicle was not fully cleaned, it still had remnants of paper and plastic in & out. When we got home I ended up wiping the interior down and cleaning the windows inside as it had not been done very well. I would "consider" purchasing from Bradshaw again. They were "fair" on price, however I will challenge my local dealer further next time to match the deal. I think the overall user experience would've been better at local dealer. I question whether it was worth it to commit an entire day of time for a mediocre condition vehicle combined with a slow purchase process, just to save a thousand bucks. More

All of the work was done professionally, and timely. Doug Holliday made the appointment for me and arranged for the mechanic to do the work. The mechanic was Bobby and after the work answered all my concerns extremely well. This is a great place to buy and have your vehicle taken care of.. While there I took advantage to the amenities in the customer lounge. I ate a great and large cookie and had some excellent coffee out of the pot. There were hot and cold cereals available, along with donuts, pastries and fruits and numerous coffee and tea options.. Everything looked fresh and what I got tasted well. More
