Great Service I had my TL serviced here recently. I suspected the issue was due to a part that had been fixed under a previous recall. Once they realized the part i needed was indeed defected. They got on the phone right away to order it. They set up me a loaner car and I was in and out in under an hour. Even though my car is older (2004) they treated me with respect and made me feel like i was the owner of a newly purchased car. They will definitely receive my business again. As far as my car.....it has never run better! More

Fixed their mistake with no charge, but never apologized for the mistake. Not to mention I had to sit there for an hour and a half!! More

Upon sending a request for more information, they promptly responded to my questions and set up an appointment--so easy! When it came time to ask about price, David came back with a fair and acceptable price the first time--if you do your research properly, you should know what the going prices are (I can assure you that the dealer does). David made it truly enjoyable...no going back and forth. Then we asked about trading our existing car and 30 min later we had an offer. I later pointed out a few features on the car and they took those into consideration making the offer match what I had in mind--again, do your research and you'll be happy! We live out of state, but the staff figured everything out taking care of all the paperwork without issue. The closing was low pressure and easy. I'd shop Breakaway and recommend them fully. More

Stress Free car shopping I had not purchased a car in several years and was not enjoying the experience until I stopped by Bradshaw Acura and met Ron. He was very helpful with finding me several vehicles that fit my criteria and knowledgable about the different brands. A week or more went by and I finally ended up back at Bradshaw for a second drive of one of their vehicles. Ron remembered me and answered more questions I had. I purchased that vehicle after the drive and would highly recommend Bradshaw Acura and specifically Ron Pavlowski for an easy going, no stress experience. More

Doug Halliday and the service team are great to work with. We did have a problem with the 6th March service. Unfortunately during the test drive the technician did not notice a sizeable noise generated in the right front of the car. The 120K service was completed within estimate, but as I started driving the car Friday night, something was wrong? I talked with Cory on Saturday and there was no front end specialists available, so we scheduled the wife to drop off the car early Monday and get a loaner. Doug Halliday was again outstanding. Upon inspection the engine mounts needed lubrication. The vehicle is now back to great performance and more importantly there were no additional charges. Way to handle an unfortunate situation. Thanks Bradshaw service. More
