He was very friendly and took time to understand what we were interested in. As he showed us the vehicles he was very helpful explaining all the 2016 upgrades as well as the basics. He took us for a test drive so that we could get a feel for it on the road and this too was very helpful. He did not rush through the presentation and gave us plenty of time to ask questions, etc. Once we selected our model he gave us a very reasonable quote without us having to bicker back and forth. Even though we did not decide for sure that first day to make the purchase, he did not try to twist our arm with another offer of a few dollars less as happened at another dealership earlier. We appreciated this very much and felt good that the offer given was solid. He gave us his cell phone number as well as the office phone number in case we had any questions. The next day when we agreed to the purchase he and other employees worked hard to make the paperwork and entire process go smoothly as possible. We were very pleased with the interest rate obtained for us and we were very appreciative of the hard work to have our vehicle prepared quickly as we were going out of town the next day. The close of sale meeting with the business manager was very well organized and efficient, with everything being well explained. And before we left Shannon showed us how to use seats, HVAC, phone, audio, GPS, etc. We were very pleased with the overall experience and appreciative of Shannon Ninan's friendliness, expertise, attention to detail and follow-up to make sure everything was done correctly. He called me several times during the process and I called him on his cell phone several times also. He called again the day after we picked up the vehicle to make sure everything was OK. This special attention made us feel right at home. Everyone we met at the dealership was warm and genuinely friendly. More
