Outstanding Purchase Experience After considering and researching a number of different automobiles, we decided to return to Acura for the purchase of a 2016 ilx. We were previously After considering and researching a number of different automobiles, we decided to return to Acura for the purchase of a 2016 ilx. We were previously very satisfied owners of a 2004 TSX and subsequently an Accord. We were initially contacted by Ken Hucker as a referral from the Acura Web site. It was a pleasure to work with Mr. Hucker; he was very personable, professional, and knowledgeable about the product. We did not feel any high pressure in terms of new car cost minus trade-in value and reached an agreement quite easily . Additionally, he willingly took the time and was considerate of our time that we needed to make various decisions. He found the exact car we wanted in both trim and color and since it needed to be ordered, he kept us up-to-date on a regular basis. Upon arrival he took the time to thoroughly go over all aspects of the car. More
