After 5 years I was ready for something different so I went back to Evan Lindsay and got the 2013 RDX, which for my purposes, is just as perfect (actually I considered it in 2013, but I didn't like the antenna on the roof).. I always go to Bradshaw for service and everyone there is always so courteous, helpful and accommodating. I doubt I would ever go to any other dealership. More

However, after meeting Steve Steele, we were so impressed with his knowledge, his patience, and his professional attitude, our minds were changed. Purchasing another Acura was not in our plans that day, but working with Steve Steele was beyond any other car shopping experience we have ever had, at any other car dealership, including Acura. He has been very attentive. We appreciate his phone calls and his working with our schedules to pick up our new Acura. We love our new TLX! Excellent customer service! We took our older model MDX in in response to a recall notice. This dealership went out of thier way to make certain we were taken care of, in spite o We took our older model MDX in in response to a recall notice. This dealership went out of thier way to make certain we were taken care of, in spite of the fact the parts needed for the recall repair were not available. They put us in an all expense paid rental car and later into a brand new MDX loaner until the parts were available and the service work was completed. They performed the regular maintenance and other service while they had it, and once it was returned to us, we were assured the entire car was evaluated and in great shape for many more miles. The charges were reasonable and they never, at any time put any preasure on us to buy a new car or trade up. All thier efforts were directed at thorough care and inspection of our vehicle and returning it to us in great shape. Kudos to the entire service and customer care team at Bradshaw Acura! This was my first ever dealership buying experience and I was definitely expecting the worst...but I have to say, it was a pleasure working with Charles and Chris. I also like to go there for service work when it's needed (although when you buy Honda/Acura products, you don't usually need much maintenance). I appreciated the personal touch dealing with the financing, since I originally intended to pay cash for the most recent purchase, but after seeing the numbers laid out, it was clear that financing over a short period was a smarter choice for me. I like that they have so many different options available, and there is NO PRESSURE in any of the departments. Great job! More
