My vehicle was ten years old and I knew it was time .. so over the course of 6 to 8 weeks I searched the local lots and kept my eyes open for a vehicle that would fit my needs. I stopped by Bradshaw Acura Thursday evening, test drove on Friday.. made the purchase on Saturday. By the end of this search I had visited all the dealerships in the area .. and I must say I was most impressed with the Bradshaw Team. The degree of professionalism was noticeable in both the sales and financing folks. The experience was great.. I am pleased with the process .... Love my new vehicle. All is good. Dealer was true to their word I drove from Charlotte to Greenville to seal the deal. All negotiating was done via phone or email. They gave me a fair value for my trade-in and their dealer fee was low. ($199) The only downside was the cleaner they used on the inside of the car left a sticky residue. More
Best buying experience I've always thought that going to buy a car is like going to the dentist, not a pleasurable experience. Last Saturday morning I stopped to look at a 2 I've always thought that going to buy a car is like going to the dentist, not a pleasurable experience. Last Saturday morning I stopped to look at a 2014 Honda CR-V that I was interested in. This is when I met Dana Conner. He was very professional and courteous, not at all a pushy salesman. He promptly gave me all the information needed on this vehicle and had my trade-in appraised in about 10 minutes. Dana accompanied me on a test drive, explaining in detail, everything about this CR-V and answering all of my questions. During this test drive, I learned of his experiences in aviation, which is my occupation. I found it very easy to trust him during our negotiations. In slightly over an hour, I was driving home a beautiful Honda CR-V. I've purchased quite a few cars in my life, but never had it been as pleasurable as this time. Thank you Dana Conner. More
A most satisfying experience from an exceptional sales team! Buying an automobile usually is a tense experience as dealing with sales people, managers and the credit sharks takes the fun out of doing this. However, dealing with Bradshaw made our Acura purchase fun, educational and most satisfying. The people there, even the sales associates who would jump in to assist my sales person, who was busy with another party, were most helpful. All in all, we enjoy our RDX very much and know that going there for service and maintenance will be a satisfying experience. I know from experience in dealing with Bradshaw Honda it was. Another reason for upgrading to an Acura and buying from this dealership. It is rare to find ethical and caring people! I give Bradshaw and our sales lady Karla an A+. More

I was very surprised by the quick internet response I received at 9pm I I recently purchased a 2012 Nissan Altima from Breakaway Honda/Bradshaw Acura. I was very surprised by the quick internet response I received at 9pm I might add, which is what ultimately led to the sale. I was not hassled or haggled in any way. David Dobson was quick with responses and answered all my questions. David took extra pictures and sent them to me on request. They filled up my car and the car we used to come pick up the car we bought. He made it easy for me to drive 2 hours from Marion, NC to purchase my car. Not only that, I asked them if they could take a price I thought was fair, and was immediately given a yes. I will likely purchase from them again in the future. Great experience. More
Seamless and professional operation I was absolutely thrilled with my experience at Bradshaw Acura, for a lot of reasons, but primarily for two that really stood out: 1) a complete and t I was absolutely thrilled with my experience at Bradshaw Acura, for a lot of reasons, but primarily for two that really stood out: 1) a complete and total lack of pressure to purchase anything, including upgrades; and 2) they made the process completely effortless. When I was working with Karla Chickering, I honestly felt like she was there to (very professionally) inform me about the 2016 MDX and answer every question I had, but not to give me a "sales pitch" per se in any way, shape or form. When I made the decision to buy the vehicle, I was informed of certain option but literally zero pressure was applied to me to upgrade or enter into costly service plans. Everything was very relaxed and professional. The paperwork process was quick, easy, the description of documents to be signed was quick, concise and again..no pressure. I would 100% use Bradshaw again and I am thrilled with my Acura. More
