Dissatisfied with technician, Colton. I called multiple times regarding the status of my vehicle. I was placard on eternal hold. I finally insisted on speaking with Colton because I needed I called multiple times regarding the status of my vehicle. I was placard on eternal hold. I finally insisted on speaking with Colton because I needed the service to be completed on the same day. He had called me with questions. My car was kept an additional day. I was provided a loaner upon request. Also , at checkout I had to request an explanation of my service. This is the first time my experience has been less than excellent. More
