He was very professional and accomodating to our needs. After the test drive and overall experience with the Breakaway staff we were sold. The prices are compatible with non-dealer repair shops. Most importantly, their professionalism, their veracity and mutual respect is what keeps me coming back. I eventually traded it in for a new MDX - negotiating was easy, but you need to know your willing buy pricing ahead of time (ie: Consumer reports, Costo car buying, or others.) Dealing with JJ was easy and fair. Any small differences in price was easily justified because of Bradshaw's reputation. I bought new car without even driving it and love it. More

I had looked at another Acura at another dealership that I really liked but wanted to do business with Shannon and Bradshaw so waited until they had a car I wanted. Shannon explained the warranty and went over all aspects of the car I purchased and helped me set up my Bluetooth. He made sure I was taken care of at the Used Car lot and even filled my car with gas for me. He was very helpful with a minor issue on the car ensuring it would fixed. He did not seem hurried and "done with me" once the sale was made. Exceptional service. I will definitely recommend him and Bradshaw to others. Friendly Mike Kelly was our salesman and he was very personable. Unlike other salesman, no pressure. He was very helpful in explaining all the car's features and offered to program in our phone and garage door opener on a return visit. We went for a test ride and he went out of his way to help us. We had just moved back to the states after living in the Caribbean for over 10 years. We were living out a few suitcases and staying at a hotel looking for a home to purchase in the area. So, we did not have a SC address and did not have a SC driver's license but we wanted to purchase a car as we were renting a car at the moment. Mike suggested we purchase a car and have it registered and insured in NJ where we used to live prior to living in the Caribbean. I still had a valid NJ driver's license and we were able to do this. He took us to the service dept. where maintenance would be done and even followed up by telephoning us to ask if everything was OK. I would recommend friends to this dealership. Thanks Mike. We have been extremely happy with the quality of the vehicles, but there are plenty of Acura dealerships around so we certainly didn't have to buy from Bradshaw Acura when we decided to purchase our first MDX. We could have easily gone elsewhere when we purchased our second and third. However, when the salesperson, Shannon, and the sales manager, JJ, let you know how much they appreciate you doing business with them, and the service department has a desire to make every service experience a great one, and the overall customer care is terrific, why would we go anywhere else? We wouldn't, and the Bradshaw Acura family continue to make us glad we made that choice! More
