PURCHASE OF A NEW SH-AWD MDX ADVANCE Once again, what a great automobile I have purchased. This new MDX is even superior to my last one. I cannot begin to list all of the things that I Once again, what a great automobile I have purchased. This new MDX is even superior to my last one. I cannot begin to list all of the things that I love about this car, but the highlights include a 9 speed transmission that up shifts so smoothly that you must watch the tach to see when it shifts, a lane keeping system that is so strong that it forces the steering back into your proper lane harder than your force of trying steer and the softest heated/cooled perforated leather seats you could want. This car is very powerful and rides so smoothly. But the great experience of the purchase is a real joy; JJ just happened to a have a new MDX just exactly like he knew I would want. The process of purchasing is so enjoyable - JJ and Ken are old friends who always treat me like I am special. I also must mention their great service department; that whole team is very customer centric and very talented and hard working. They also are all friends! I am so grateful for Bradshaw Acura! They think very highly of themselves Acura is just a high end Honda, yet they think they're better than everyone else. I got a really good deal on our Acura RDX V6, but the TLX I felt ch Acura is just a high end Honda, yet they think they're better than everyone else. I got a really good deal on our Acura RDX V6, but the TLX I felt cheated on. It's a 2015 TLX V6 base model with zero enhancements and they wanted $35k. With a $1k trade in I got them down to $31k, but for the same deal I could have gotten a 2016 Honda Accord Touring edition with all the bells and whistles. When you strip them both down, there's really not that much difference between Honda and Acura. They claim the Acura has a much higher resell value but by the time I drive it to 200k+ miles they're still going to just give me $1000 trade in. More

Excellent Service Center Advisor - Cory Pritchett I brought my TL in for routine oil service, but also was experiencing a issue with water entering the driver side floor board. Professional Sales Person- Mike Kelly Our first contact with Bradshaw Acura was over the internet with Mike Kelly. I told Mike that we were looking for a new Acura TLX with tech package. Our first contact with Bradshaw Acura was over the internet with Mike Kelly. I told Mike that we were looking for a new Acura TLX with tech package. He gave us a written quote on this car by e-mail without hesitation. My questions about taxes in North Carolina vs South Carolina were quickly answered. We negotiated the price of car and trade hassle free by e-mail. We then called Mike and made appointment to meet in Greenville after 6PM. Upon arrival at Dealership we met Mike Kelly, and he showed us the car which had been prepared. He explained all the features of car and then took us by the Service Department which was closed. He wanted us to know where to come should we need service. While in the Dealership JJ Joral, General Manager came over and introduced himself. Mike Burgess completed all sales paperwork as the clock approached 8PM. We found Mike Kelly to be very personable and knowledgeable about the vehicles he was selling.
