We located Bradshaw and contacted the dealership by phone. The interaction was very positive and we were actually able to obtain a no-haggle price for the exact model, color, and features. We actually saved over $20 per month on an RDX lease compared to our Charlotte dealer. We picked up our new vehicle and it truly was the easiest sign and drive experience ever. All staff members we encountered were informal, friendly, and accommodating, overall, it was a great buying experience. More

I visited the dealership early on in my search process and test drove with Shannon. He was informative, helpful, and friendly. He answered all of my questions and did not put any pressure on me. I came back a few weeks later to test drive again and make a final decision. He remembered me right away and made me feel comfortable. I decided to purchase the RDX and he was able to find the exact model I was looking for and have it at the dealership within days. Once they were alerted to that less-than-stellar situation with my wife, they did all they could to correct the issues experienced there. To me, that is the sign of a good dealership. As is the case with all things in life, you never improve if you only focus on the things you already do well. Bradshaw is concerned about the things they may not be doing well. They go out of their way to make the service experience as positive and easy as they can. This latest visit was one of my best yet. I've always worked with Jennifer in the past who is now at one of the other dealerships in the family. Pete took up right where Jennifer left off and did an excellent job!!!! I highly recommend you look him up next time you are in. The drop off was quick in the morning but the pick up was even quicker that afternoon. I don't know that I've ever experienced that before. Great job guys!!! More
