High mileage maintenance This particular maintenance is the dreaded "timing belt" replacement. This one procedure covers 2 belts, water pump and tensioner (if needed). They This particular maintenance is the dreaded "timing belt" replacement. This one procedure covers 2 belts, water pump and tensioner (if needed). They gave me a loaner which had no fuel, I know, I know. The process took the majority of the day, about 7 hours. I asked for the parts back so I can check the wear and tear. To be honest, all the parts still looked brand new. The belts had minimal wear and no cracks. The water pump had no wear and the bearing had no perceived run out. I'm not familiar with the tensioner but I was told it needed replacement. I'm aware of the bad, bad events that happen when a belt breaks. However, with what I observed, this maintenance could have been delayed for another 50,000 miles. If anything, this says great things about the Acura / Honda parts quality. Since I bought the TL new, I know how the vehicle was driven and the maintenance followed the book religiously. If you bought your TL used, the timing belt maintenance is a must. The final cost was $820 and that's starting with a negotiated price of $645. I checked around for lower prices but with the negotiated lower starting price, Bradshaw was competitive. As far as the personnel in the service department, they are ALL very professional. Your workforce is your best asset. More

Great experience I looked at several different dealerships before finally deciding on the Acura. Out of all the other dealerships I looked at, nobody had the product I looked at several different dealerships before finally deciding on the Acura. Out of all the other dealerships I looked at, nobody had the product knowledge of their vehicles that Mike did. He not only knew all the ins and outs of the car, he took the time to fully demonstrate everything. Everyone at the dealership was easy to work with and I never felt any pressure. Great Service Department I've been taking my 06 TL to Bradshaw since I bought it (new in 2005) and they have kept it running like a top. With almost 150,000 miles on it, it still runs as great as the day I bought it and that is because of the great work that the service department at Bradshaw performs. Prices are fair and the service is always performed quickly and correctly the first time. Always great to get that free car wash too :^) More

Ken kept in touch w/me over the course of the fall. Never pushy. I visited again in Feb. of 2016, ready to take the step forward. I traded in my '12 Acura TL Advance for a new '16 TLX Advance. The experience was great. The car purchase experience was the best I have ever been through. From A to Z, from Ken to JJ (sales manager), to the finance administrator, it was great. They did not have the color combo I wanted, nor could they find it in their channel. The factory was going to have to produce it. But Ken, JJ and staff kept looking and found one in another state, had it shipped in factory wrapping, and delivered to me in about a week from my initial visit. Loving it. I do plan on using Bradshaw in the future. More

My wife wanted sometime to make sure that this was what she wanted (first SUV she's had) and he was very understanding and was available for any questions while she made up her mind. Mike was great with the paper work he promised to get us in and out of finance quickly and he greatly exceeded my expectation. I would definitely recommend this dealership and if you're looking from out of town it is worth the drive. More
