Founded in 1988 by Kevin and Brenda Frankman, Frankman Motor Company began as a small, family-operated business in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Good experience until I went to leave Great start to the transaction. Agreed on the deal and signed the paperwork. Check engine light came on before I even got out of the lot. Their reply was basically “nothing we can do, take it to a dealer”. Then called me on the way home to apologize but still had to take to a different dealer to get fixed. Offered to send some free servicing for my hardship. 3 months later and never received and have had to waste my time twice bringing the car into the shop. More
