Awesome service! When looking for a newer vehicle, I saw a 2014 GMC Terrain on CarGurus. Sent an email to see if it was still available. Received a response right away When looking for a newer vehicle, I saw a 2014 GMC Terrain on CarGurus. Sent an email to see if it was still available. Received a response right away from Tony and he asked if I had any questions about the car. A couple of emails later a test drive was scheduled. Fell in love with the car, even though it was a little outside my budget. They worked with me on the price & I went home with the Terrain! Just over two weeks later the service engine light came on. Called Frankman and they said bring it out & they would look at it first thing in the morning. Received a call from Kyle in service and he said it needed a fuel pump. They covered the cost and gave me a loaner to drive. Plus got the car done earlier than expected! Awesome crew! More

Awesome People To Deal With!!! Got into my first ever accident at the age of 51. Unfortunately my Ford Focus was gonna cost more to fix than what it was worth. Crap! : ( I saw Frankman Motors had the exact same year and model so I called Joe Frankman up. Joe was SUPER helpful and upfront with everything. Called me back several times after 5 minutes to research a question I had about shipping or options. Bottom line, this is the first EVER car I have bought sight unseen, it was delivered to my driveway as promised, and I could not be MORE PLEASED with this car!!! Joe called me the day before it was shipped to let me know he noticed a chip in the front windshield, so he had it replaced before shipping...no charge! Who does that these days??? Are you kidding me??? Joe is Good People! Frankman Motors are Good People! You can TRUST these folks to give you the BEST DEAL out there. They strive to help folks and are not out to scam anyone. I was connected with Robby, who was friendly, knowledgeable and a great guy to work with. He made us feel comfortable and did everything he could to make it an enjoyable experience.
