Good, honest staff that treat customers well. Whether shopping for a vehicle, the last thing I want to do is beat around the bush. I found that Mike and Dave had that in common with me as sales staff. My trade in wasn't perfect and will need work as I communicated this early on. I believe I got treated quite fairly in the valuation of my trade, although admittedly, I was hoping to get more for it. Upon picking up my vehicle, I was blown away by the detail job. Kudos to the detail guys, they obviously wanted me to look good leaving their lot and feeling good. I would have spent a week cleaning it up to that degree. Within days of owning my new to me vehicle, my CEL light up and the truck ended up needing emissions parts. I brought it back to the dealer, and they took care of it for me even though the deal was done and legally they didn't have to. Even gave me a loaner vehicle while mine was getting repaired. To me, all those things equals a company going the extra mile to ensure a positive relationship with the customer. I don't know what a shopper could really ask for. Buying from an hour away was so easy and fast! My son goes to school at USD and I live in Mitchell. Staff stayed a little later so he could do a test drive. On the day of the sale, there was a little wait time due to the finance people helping others at the time. Staff had us go checkout the Classic Car garage on site to waste some time. Very cool!! When the time came to complete the sale it was a matter of minutes and we were out the door. I'd recommend this dealership to anyone and plan to visit again for purchases in the future! More

Seem like a group of solid dudes I bought my truck from here a little less than a month ago. I bought it as is and when I had it inspected my tie rod was in awful shape and had to hav I bought my truck from here a little less than a month ago. I bought it as is and when I had it inspected my tie rod was in awful shape and had to have it replaced. When I reached out to them about this they reimbursed me for what I paid to have it fixed even though they really wouldnt have had to since I bought it as is. They stand behind what they sell and as a customer there is nothing that can compare to that as far as customer relations. So in summation yeah I would recommend these guys to anyone to purchase your next vehicle!! More

After watching the sales video over and over again I took the chance and contacted Frankman Motor Company. In no time Keith called me back. He was very knowledgeable about the car and took the time to assured me that it was an all original, as advertised. I never felt pressured to make any decisions, In a few days i took the chance and Keith and I worked everything out. In just a short 10 days the car was in my driveway. With wide eyes I went over the 50 year old gem carefully. Wonderful!! Everything was as perfect as Keith had said. It was a great process and an absolutely fantastic experience.
