And, there was a small dent on the lower driver side I found when I got home that suggests something less than full and frank disclosure. I did appreciate the easy handling of the paperwork. More

Exceeds expectations After almost two years of trying to sell my 2007 Harley Davidson Fat Boy, which was in excellent shape, Frankman Motors accepted it and my 2011 Prius After almost two years of trying to sell my 2007 Harley Davidson Fat Boy, which was in excellent shape, Frankman Motors accepted it and my 2011 Prius in trade for a 2017 Prius Prime. No other dealer was interested in taking the Harley in trade. Before I ever visited Frankman, I spoke with Jesse James over the telephone. Jesse was friendly and reassuring, but it wasn't until I visited Frankman that I learned that Jesse is just that - a great guy with which to work. Negotiations began, and as expected Frankman came up with a number way beyond what I wanted to pay. Two or three visits to the "sales manager" and a deal was struck. I was satisfied with the price I received, although had I studied the CarFax more closely and noticed Frankman had had the car for two months, I believe I could have done even better. But I'm enjoying the car, and I'm glad I made the original call to Frankman and Jesse once I discovered they had the car for sale. More

Great buying experience at Frankman Motor Company I was looking for a dependable vehicle for the Winter in South Dakota. I saw a Lexus 470 GX for sale at Frankman Motor Company. I saw on google that they had very high positive feedback so I was encouraged. I met Robby Newell who showed the car even though they a deposit on it. He was very patient and friendly and answered all of my questions. After the deal fell through, Robby called and asked me to take it for a test drive and check it out. We began negotiation and the process was very straightforward and smooth. Honestly, this is by far the best dealership experience I have ever had. The whole process was transparent, simple and flexible. I would strongly recommend Robby Newell as a contact person to work with and recommend Frankman Motor company. I will add that the car needed some items to be fixed and offered to perform it at cost to them. More
