This is a family owned and operated business, and they seem to take pride in offering well cared vehicles and letting the cars sell themselves. When I arrived at the dealership, he simply handed me the keys and told me to take my time inspecting the vehicle and taking it out on a test drive. No pressure and no hard sell. The dealership is also quite efficient on the back end, handling the transaction and paperwork. Overall, it was the best car buying experience I've had at a dealership. Top notch operation, and I would purchase from them again. More
I felt like getting taken advantage of. They wouldn't let me get the car I wanted that was cheaper and everything I wanted. I like the car but I feel like they used old car salesman tactics on me and I felt vulnerable. I guess I'll wait another ten years to get a Subaru. More

I don't know who Dave is. Phil was very pleasant to deal with. I purchased two cars and a couple days later learned that the back hatch on one, at times won't close as it is Phil was very pleasant to deal with. While Kyle and Phil were seemingly interested in getting it fixed and repeatedly telling me they would get back to me, no return calls were made. At one point Kyle mentioned maybe Toyota/Lexus could fix the problem. After taking it to Toyota, I was told they would charge me and they would not honor the warranty. I was told it must be taken to Omaha or Minneapolis for any warranty work. Additionally I was only given the background information on one vehicle and free car wash for one vehicle. In spite of being told they would provide these for the second car, no one ever got back to me on this issue. I'm disappointed at the lack of support after the documents were signed. I am an elderly woman and felt taken advantage of. I am new in Sioux Falls and had no information on your dealership. Jean More
